Westfort Advisors is pleased to announce the successful completion of a c.£42 million senior loan facility for AG Hotels Group, provided by Metro Bank. Westfort led the financing process end-to-end, identifying the optimal lending solution and negotiating terms to meet the borrower’s objectives across a complex, multi-asset transaction.

Proceeds were applied to refinance existing debt, recapitalise external investors, and fund a capital expenditure programme supporting a refurbishment initiative across the portfolio.

AG Hotels Group has built an impressive UK hotel platform across 21 properties in key regional cities and Greater London – a significant achievement in a relatively short period of time.
