Westfort Advisors are delighted to announce the appointment of Tom Boize as an Associate Director.
Tom will focus on executing debt advisory mandates across the UK and Europe. His experience spans the capital stack, in both debt and equity, across all asset classes.
He previously worked in the Debt Capital Markets team at Victoria Asset Management, Oaktree’s integrated real estate asset management business. Prior to that, he worked at Newcore Capital Management, working to optimise external debt financing across their value-add and core-plus strategies. Prior to Newcore, Tom worked in the corporate finance team at CBRE Capital Advisors where he focused on debt and structured finance, equity placement and M&A mandates across Europe.
