We are pleased to announce that Westfort advised Kuwait Financial Centre – Markaz and Delin Property, on the acquisition and capex financing of a 197,000 square-foot distribution warehouse in Royal Tunbridge Wells.

The property, which is considered the town’s premier logistics hub, will undergo a refurbishment programme targeting EPC B accreditation, reflecting a total investment of around £27m.

Many congratulations to all involved – notably, Lisa Marie Amin, MBA, Raffi Killian, Duncan Jarvis MRICS and Diego Garrido, who sourced the opportunity and will oversee the refurbishment programme.
