Why choose us

Experts in our sector

Client Focus

Deals are led from inception to closing, by our senior ‘hands-on’ staff; acting as an extension of the client’s deal team.

We are committed to helping identify and enable our client’s strategic objectives and ensuring that delivery is well-structured, resilient and always offers the flexibility to mitigate market and execution risk.

Deep Restructuring Expertise

We are uniquely positioned to use our post-GFC restructuring experience, not only to unlock distressed/challenging situations in today’s market but also to enrich our debt raising offering; in particular, helping clients to identify and avoid known structuring pitfalls, as well as to promote loan mechanics that will protect the borrower in a downturn.

Cradle to Grave Support

From supporting acquisition processes; to managing lender-engamement during restructuring; to leading the market-facing process; to project managing due diligence workstreams (incl. hedging) – we are with our client at every step of the way. We can even provide post-closing services, such as credit monitoring and loan reporting.
